Week 2…Lake District (The home of Peter Rabbit)#Hi5adventurefamily We’ve stayed at plenty of Haven sites over the years where we’ve enjoyed some fantastic holidays, Haven’s Lake District Lakeland site didn’t disappoint. We stayed in a Prestige caravan which offers a little more luxury than the General caravans. Very modern and stylish with a little extra room and all the comforts of home. Kitchen facilities were great with a large fridge freezer, handy for longer stays. A large corner sofa made it easy to unwind and relax in front of the 40” TV and modern fire place. Despite the site been fantastic and offering plenty of things to do we had come this time to see what the beautiful Lake District had to offer. So, we were all up bright and early feeling refreshed and excited to get out after a brilliant night’s sleep in the comfortable beds. A steady drive and within thirty minutes we were stunned by the breathtaking views of Lake Windermere. Windermere is a large…
